I am a single man show over here at Moondog Baits!  I spend Monday-Friday making and packing baits in my small shop in Iowa.  I ship orders fast, most of the time within 12 to 36 hours of you placing your order, during business days only (sometimes weekends if I get behind).  Tracking information is provided through an automated Shopify email.  If you do not see a shipping confirmation in your inbox within 48 hours, then please check your junk email folder.

Delivery estimates made by the carrier (USPS or UPS) are not guaranteed.  So please be patient if your order is in transit.  Once it leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the carrier.  Currently USPS Economy delivery times are longer than they have been in the past, but still is the most economical option.  UPS delivery times are usually more reliable.

If you have a problem with your order, please include the name and order number associated with your order.  And describe in detail the issue with your order.  That will help us better serve you quickly.  I do have a difficult time replying to large volumes of emails not related to orders, or emails asking when a package will be delivered.  So please be patient and courteous when contacting me.

If you suspect your package might be lost, please wait 5 business days of no scans to reach out to me.  At that point I will take care of it on our end.  Either a refund will be issued or we can reship the packages (assuming we have the bait colors in stock at the time).  I do my best to take care of all my customers and strive to give the best service that I can!

Just keep in mind I am one guy in a shop making the best baits I can.  So please be patient with me if you need to send me an email.  I am probably in the shop making baits and shipping your orders!!
